Product Description

SZH series thermostatic mixing valves are suitable for hot water system, electric water heater, solar water heater and supply hot water system. Equipped with electric and solar water heater, the mixing valve can be designed to provide a solution for washing rooms with variable hot and cold water. Temperature of cold/hot and mixing water can be adjusted by users individual requirements where the temperature required is achieved quickly and keep the outlet temperate constant instead of variable by water temperature, flowrate and water pressure. The mixing valve can also turn off hot water automatically in several seconds to protection when cold water is not supplied at the moment.

Operation Principle

The thermostatic mixing valve is equipped with thermal component on mixing outlet. With thermal component action, the valve core will push moving to open or close the inlet of hot and cold water. Open hot water while close cold water. When setpoint temperature is reset by temperature regulation knob, water temperature keeps constant that temperature and pressure of inlet cold/hot water changes while the percentage of outlet cold/hot waters also changes. Regulation knob can be reset in temperature range and mixing valve will maintain outlet temperature in constant.
