Description
Because of the low drive-on height of the lift, the cylinders are nearly horizontal in lowered position. Scissors are provided of a cam lever system to reduce the needed oil pressure at start-up.
Lifts run on scissors for high-precision wheel alignment. The synchronization is guaranteed by a master/slave hydraulic circuit, which has many advantages:
No connection shaft; thereby comfortable working without any obstacle threshold
Possibility to have variable width between platforms
As an additional safety feature, synchronization of the two platforms is monitored via a light photo cell.
Optional wheel free lift with a loading capacity of 3.5t.
The wheel free lift is hydraulically operated by the same power unit , powering the main scissors and has a maximum lifting height of 400mm above the main platform.
When completely lowered the main platform has a minimum height of 220mm which make it very convenient to be installed not only in foundation but also above floor.
The on-ground model requires optional drive on-ramps.
