Property:

Lithopone is a white pigment composed of a mixture of Barium sulfate (28-30%) and Zinc sulfide (68-70%) with trace amounts of Zinc oxide. Relative Density:4.136-4.39.A strong whiteness and hiding power. Insoluble in water, with hydrogen sulfide and the lye does not work, dissolved hydrogen sulfide gas when meet acid. It is readily oxidized in the air.

Application:

Inorganic white pigment, Widely used for the white pigment of plastic, paint and ink, such as polyolefin, vinyl resin, ABS resin, polystyrene, polycarbonate, nylon, POM. For the coloration of the rubber, cloth, leather, paper, enamel, etc.
