GENERAL DESCRIPTION
VUL series centrifugal pump is single-stage, single-suction, radially split long axis submersible pump, pump shaft is supported by sliding bearing which are located in pump casing and sliding bearing bracket. T he insertion depth of this series of pump is no more than 5.5 meters, hydraulic performance range covers any capacity upto 400 m3/h, any head upto 100m, suitable for the transportation of clean or contaminative liquid media.
Pump supporting parts, bearing and shaft are manufactured according to standardized parts principles therefore there parts are suitable for multiple hydraulic model design, high commonality.
Rigid axle design provided smooth operation for pump, the critical rotary speed of VUL series pumps are above pump operation speed therefore allows the pump to operate under severe working conditions.
Pump casing is radially split designed, pump with nominal flange diameter greater than 80mm are designed as double volute casing structure to reduce the radial thrust and vibration caused by hydraulic power.
