1. Aluminum alloy frame:
Made of aluminum alloy in a variety of colors.
2. Glazing strip:
Be made of rubber, installed around the glass panels, it have good effective watertight seal, and with good durable in high temperatures.
3. Aluminum Foil and frame insulation:
The aluminum foil, which is adhered to the foam polyurethane insulation, enables the radiation to return to the surface of the collector, thus preventing heat loss and guaranteeing maximum utilization of the energy absorbed by the collector.
4. Absorber:
The absorber is made of all copper, each of which is 0.5mm thick with black chrome coating.
5. Welding:
The copper strips are ultrasonically welded to the secondary pipes. This welding process enables a high level of heat transfer.
6. Glazing:
The collector is equipped with tempered glass that allows a high level of light penetration and which can withstand harsh weather condition.
