Huaqian Rapid Hardened Epoxy Grout（HQRM-E）

Following data is tested in the condition of preheating, forming and curing at 23±2℃ and the relative humidity is 50±5%; Final data is tested in the condition of 7 days-forming and curing at 23±2℃, and 6 hours-accelerated curing at 60℃.
Compressive Strength: 2h≥20Mpa, 24h≥50Mpa, 3d≥65Mpa, 7d≥100 Mpa.
Flexural Strength: 24h≥10Mpa, 3d≥15Mpa, 7d≥20Mpa.
Long-term Chemical Resistant (acid-bases, salt, grease, etc).
Application Temperature：5-32℃.
Working Time ≥45min.
Uses:
Installation and fixing of high vibration equipment foundation, such as； compressor, punching machine, grinder, ball mill, etc.
Grouting and fixing of equipment foundation available for aggressive chemical environments.
Grouting and fixing of equipment foundation available for insulated and anti-static zone.
Instructions:
Recommended mechanical mixing, first mix material B and material C, then pour material A together to evenly mixing.
Strictly not used in damp base course.
Storage: ventilated dry conditions, waterproof, damp proof.
Shelf life: 6 months.
Packaging: Material A: 5kg/barrel, Material B: 15kg/barrel, Material C:25kg/bag.
