Core Competencies
The company has a well-established network of quality fabric suppliers located in over 20 provinces and cities with a strong capability in supply chain management. We source fabric, trims and do garment manufacturing. We have more than 80 rich experienced technicians and designers. We export all kinds of garment about 1.2 to 1.3 million per month, 70% of which were using Chinese fabric. It benefits from our special supply chain of Chinese fabric.
The company has established design and development centers in both Tianjin and Shanghai, which can collect advantages from both North and South of China. We have a well-established quality control system. Fabric was tracking from the very beginning of the production and was 100% inspected before send to warehouse. Also garment was 100% inspected in our inspection center. (The company has its own inspection center, which has six branches. Also there are two inspection centers, which were invested by the company and Japanese capital, called Santian and Tianjin Jifu. So the company has 400 inspectors in total.) And all these build the whole organization of our quality control system.
The company has established reliable manufacturing bases. We have credible producing bases. It includes 10 our own garment factories. They are Sansheng, Sanguang, Sandu, Sanzhi, Sanhui, Sanjia, Sanwen, Sanrong, Sanda, Sanzheng, about 6000 people in total. The company also has 3 joint invested factories, which are Jinji, Jinhaigang, Jinyang, about 4600 people in total. In additional the company has about 100 partnership factories. Also we have good relationship and keep long-term business with more than 100 domestic fabric mills.
