Rosmarinic Acid
It is series of Phenolic acid compound extracted from labiate perilla leaves. The main compositions are anthocyanins, flavones, and tennis.
The amaranthine powder or liquid color is soluble in water, alcohol and solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol. It is a kind of multifunctional nature active substance and can dispel free radical. The main functions are antioxidant, antivirus, anti-plogistic, anti-thrombus and antibacterial.
Application: it can be used in coloring of wine, carbonic acid drinks, juice drink, jam and candy.
