Description
It is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from gardenia fruit of rubiaceous plant.The main compositions are crocin and cricetin of series of carotinoid pigment. The powder color from light gray to smalt is soluble in water, and solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in organic solvent. .
Application: it can be used in coloring of carbonic acid drinks, juice drink, jam, jelly, candy, cakes, ice-cream, pastry and puffed food.

Liquid: polythene barrel;
Powder: inner package is aluminum foil bag; outer package is carton or according to client’s demands.
Storage: protected from light and heat. Sored in cool, dry and airproof.
