Description
It is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from clover, nettle, and silk-worm. The main compositions are chlorophyll a , chlorophyll b, trisodium copper chlorophyllin cream. The bottle-green sticky color is soluble in water and all kinds of organic solvents. At PH 7.0 or above, it is green and stable.
Application: It can be used in the coloring of wine, carbonic acid drinks, juice drink, jam, jelly , candy, cakes, ice-cream, pastry and puffed food.
Package: Polythene barrel; or according to clients' demands.
Storage:Protected from light and heat.
Stored in cool, dry and airproof.
