Description
It is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from gardenia fruit of rubiaceous plant.The main compositions are crocin and cricetin of series of carotinoid pigment. The powder color fromabsinthe-green to bottle-green is soluble in water, and solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in organic solvent. .
Application: it can be used in coloring of carbonic acid drinks, juice drink, jam, jelly, candy, cakes, ice-cream, pastry and puffed food.

Powder: inner package is aluminum foil bag; outer package is carton or according to client’s demands.
