Description
It is a kind of natural edible pigment obtained by purified and emulsified from tumeric pigment. IT contains anthocyanins, flavones and tannins. The rufous liquid color is soluble in water, alcohol and solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol.
At PH 2.0 to 6.0, the color is yellow and stable , : at PH above 7.0, it is salmon pink or rufous.
Application: it can be used in coloring of pastry, candy, cakes, condiment, pickle, essence of chicken and puffed food.
Package:
Liquid: polythene barrel;
Powder: inner package is aluminum foil bag; outer package is carton or according to client’s demands.
Storage: protected from light and heat. Sored in cool, dry and airproof.
