Description
It is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from grape skin.The main compositions is anthcyanins, including ownins, syringidins. The dark purple powder color is soluble in water, solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol.
Application: it can be used in coloring of wine, carbonic acid drinks, juice drink, jam, jelly, candy, cakes, ice-cream, pastry and puffed food.

Liquid: polythene barrel;
Powder: inner package is aluminum foil bag; outer package is carton or according to client’s demands.
Storage: protected from light and heat. Sored in cool, dry and airproof.
