Description
It is a kind of natural edible pigment extracted from crucifer red radish. It contains anthocyanins and flavones. The amaranthine powder or liquid color is soluble in water, alcohol and solution of water and alcohol, but insoluble in oil and absolute alcohol.
The environment Ph value can influence its hue and stability. At PH 2.0 to 6.0, the color is red or amaranthine, : at PH 7.0, its blue; at Ph above 7.0, it is unstable blue.
Application: it can be used in coloring of wine, carbonic acid drinks, juice drink, jam and candy.
Package:
Liquid: polythene barrel;
Powder: inner package is aluminum foil bag; outer package is carton or according to client’s demands.
Storage: protected from light and heat. Sored in cool, dry and airproof.
